EQRx breaks down barriers in the pharmaceutical world. Every single team member is unique. It’s that diversity of thought that EQRx values above all else. A creative campaign to honour their individuality was created: #BeYou@EQ.

Prior to starting work we ask them to choose an object and the story behind it. Before we transform and embroider their story into our Tapestory that proudly hangs in EQRx’s HQ, we now send them a high-quality framed giclée print of their illustration. Probably the most unique, personal welcome gift any employee has ever received – and a true signal of EQRx’s spirit of inclusion from day one of their tenure.

We helped EQRx employees come together to celebrate their diversity in an intimate and powerful way. On first viewing the different films have variously made employees and potential candidates laugh, cry, think and most of all, connect with each other. Their work lives and relationships are unquestionably better as a result of this project. It has strengthened existing connections and created them where they did not exist before.
