Naz Motegheria is an award-winning Senior Designer with over 18 years of experience crafting impactful work across
shopper retail, advertising, and employer branding. Throughout her career, she has delivered standout creative for globally
recognised brands such as Nike, Lloyds Banking Group, O2, Xbox, Mastercard, Subway, Just Eat, Godiva, AG Barr and
Tesco Mobile, always balancing strategic thinking with design excellence.

Naz has been at the heart of award-winning campaigns, including the Xbox Originals Design Lab Franchise, which earned the coveted Grand Prix at Cannes Lions, and The Birth of Gaming Tourism, winner of multiple D&AD Pencils. Also in Employer branding the RAD award for Employee Engagement Award and Creative Idea for EQRx (“Be You @ EQ Tapestory” campaign). These projects are a testament to her ability to blend insight-driven ideas with exceptional execution.
