AstraZeneca has been on a journey to enhance the candidate experience from attraction to onboarding. Thousands of internal and external candidates were surveyed on their experience of the recruitment process at AstraZeneca, what they liked, what could be improved and what they expected. Using this information we created a charming video, using different styles of illustration to drive the message home that AstraZeneca had listened to the feedback and concerns and were actively making a change to improve the process. The success of the video was demonstrated by increased candidate satisfaction.
